SHIPPING POLICY – DANCE TEAM SUPPLY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Dance Team Supply online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During peak seasons, product launches, restocks, or major Sharpen Up events, fulfillment timelines may be extended. Updated timelines will be posted on product pages when applicable.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter fulfillment.


U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

At this time, Dance Team Supply ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery windows after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods are outside of our control.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Dance Team Supply ships via major carriers including:

• USPS
• UPS 
• FedEx

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment team to ensure the most efficient delivery.


PRE-ORDERS, CUSTOM ITEMS & TEAM ORDERS

Certain products — including specialty training tools, custom team merchandise, or limited-edition releases — may be sold as pre-orders.

If your purchase includes a pre-order item:

• Your entire order may ship once all items are available.
• Estimated ship windows listed on product pages are approximate.
• Production timelines may shift due to manufacturing or inventory factors.

Pre-order dates are estimates and not guaranteed ship dates.


ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dance Team Supply is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
• Failed delivery attempts due to address errors
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

If an address change is needed, contact us immediately at service@danceteamsupply.com. We cannot guarantee updates once fulfillment begins.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, shipping liability transfers to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Email service@danceteamsupply.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will assist with filing a carrier claim when possible; however, Dance Team Supply cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
